What you'll do

• Work directly with our power users (Cloudflare, Vercel, Sentry, LangChain, Pydantic, Mozilla) and turn their feedback into product improvements
• Own the developer experience layer: docs, tutorials, integration guides that make CodSpeed click in the first 10 minutes
• Drive partnerships with adjacent dev tools to bring CodSpeed where developers already are
• Write technical content that earns trust: performance investigations, deep-dive blog posts, conference talks when they make sense
• Run meetups, workshops, and product challenges featuring real production use cases from our community
• Shape the CodSpeed narrative for the AI era of software engineering

Requirements

• Strong engineering background. You've shipped code, read source, and can debug a flame graph
• Hands-on experience with one of the low-level languages we support (C/C++ or Rust).
• Excellent technical writing. You can turn a complex performance investigation into a post developers actually want to read
• Comfort speaking publicly, with no need for it to be your favorite thing
• Track record building advocacy, DX, or community programs, ideally at a devtools company
• Self-directed. You'll own the function and shape it
