What you'll do

• Build and iterate on the product across the stack: from highly technical UI work to backend APIs and core logic
• Design and implement GitHub/GitLab integrations in NodeJS: webhooks, workflows, auth, CI interactions
• Render and navigate large execution trees with performance-sensitive frontend code (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
• Contribute to Rust pipelines for profiling graphs and data processing when needed
• Work on enterprise readiness: deployment constraints, on-prem expectations, robustness
• Talk directly to users and shape the product based on real feedback

• Strong engineering fundamentals: you ship fast without sacrificing quality
• Ability to design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• High autonomy and ownership; comfortable challenging and being challenged
• Strong mastery of at least one language, with proven ability to learn others quickly
• Real interest in devtools, performance, or adjacent domains
• Comfortable in an early-stage environment where priorities can shift
